CyberApe Labs

Research. Build. Release. Learn.

CyberApe Labs is our public R&D environment. We release selected internal tools, experiments and research programmes to test difficult technical problems against real-world use.

Some projects remain free. Some inform our engineering work. Some evolve into commercial CyberApe products.

Open R&D

Technology Before Product

Labs is where selected internal engineering, research and prototypes are released publicly — before anything is committed to as a commercial product.

Selected internal engineering utilities released publicly.

  • Technical analysis
  • Automation diagnostics
  • Developer utilities
  • System intelligence

Current Programme

Fashion Commerce Operations Benchmark 2026

CyberApe Labs is researching how scaling fashion and ecommerce brands manage production, suppliers, buying, logistics, product launches and operational hand-offs.

The objective is not to validate a predefined product. The research exists to identify which operational problems are frequent, expensive and poorly served by existing software.

Participants can contribute anonymously to aggregated findings, receive the benchmark findings, join optional follow-up research and help shape future CyberApe R&D.

Participants can

  • Contribute anonymously to aggregated findings
  • Receive the benchmark findings
  • Join optional follow-up research
  • Help shape future CyberApe R&D

Contribute to the Benchmark

A few short questions help us understand where operational pressure is building. Responses may be included only in anonymised and aggregated research findings.

Question 1 of 41 / 5
Which area creates the most operational friction today?

We Don't Start With a Product.

Many software products begin with an idea and then search for a customer. CyberApe Labs works in the opposite direction.

We identify an industry or technical problem, gather evidence from real operators, measure the scale of the problem and only then decide whether engineering a solution is justified.

    Product or Engineering Engagement

Not every Labs project becomes a product. That is intentional.

The Model

How Labs Connects to CyberApe

Labs

Research, experiments, free tools and technical validation.

Engineering

CyberApe designs and builds production systems for selected technical and operational challenges.

Products

Repeatable and validated technologies may evolve into owned CyberApe software and commercial IP.

Labs is not a separate company or consultancy. It is part of CyberApe's R&D process.

Public Engineering

Free Tools Are Coming to Labs

CyberApe selectively releases useful engineering tools created during internal R&D. The goal is simple: make technically useful software available publicly, learn from real usage and identify where deeper engineering problems exist.

Be notified when new Labs projects launch

No sales follow-up. Just a heads-up when we ship.

Optional. One email when something launches. Unsubscribe anytime.

Useful First. Commercial Second.

Labs projects should provide genuine value without requiring a sales conversation.

Where a problem requires deeper engineering, users can choose to engage CyberApe. Where demand becomes repeatable, CyberApe may develop the technology into a commercial product.

There is no forced lead form before someone can use future free Labs tools.
